“From JEE Prep to AI Pioneer: My Copilot-Powered Academy”

I’m Sujith, a JEE aspirant (2026) from Alair(town) Yadadri district, Telangana, India. I am from a middle-class background. I left school for JEE prep and used Microsoft Copilot (till midnight to 3-4 AM) to design a 4-year “Microsoft AI & Innovation Academy, Hyderabad” — an affordable UG program in AI & Cloud with certifications (Azure, Copilot, GitHub), paid internships, and 100% placement.
Inspired by PM Modi ji’s meeting with Satya Nadella sir, I tagged them on X, messaged Satish Thomas sir from Microsoft, and submitted to T-Hub.
The World Economic Forum (2025) predicts 97M AI jobs by 2030, with India needing 1.2M skilled yearly (NASSCOM), yet only 200,000 are trained annually — my academy fills this gap.
